Typically, I like to get to know who/what I'm writing about really well first. Whether this is a personal story for a client or a novel I'm writing, I do a lot of research, make a lot of lists, and create an outline. Creating an outline helps keep me on track while I'm writing and if I have a good idea for later in the book - I won't forget it. It also helps by letting clients read what I have in mind and ensure I'm telling their story correctly. The titles and covers usually come last because I want to make sure that I have something that matches what I wrote, not just a pretty cover that is misleading. 

My turnaround time varies depending on the length and complexity of the project. I always aim to deliver high-quality work within an agreed-upon timeframe. While I understand you're eager, quality writing takes time ♡

Yes. Many of my novels have NSFW content in them. Even though I don't believe in putting your personal bedroom preferences out there for the entire world to know, I don't think that, as a world, we should be ashamed to talk about sex in general. Too many people have put a negative stigma on it and now it's looked at as a one of those "we don't talk about that" subjects. I don't agree and I want my kids to know that if/when they decide to go down that path, they can always come to me.

Not yet. I am planning on releasing a book about my journey with cancer and everything that I've learned. Obviously, younger children wouldn't be interested in that, but maybe teenagers?

I would love to write a children's book someday soon so that I can read it to my own girls - I'm just not sure I'm that good of a writer yet. Shoutout to my children's book authors, you guys rock!
